| We made a humble beginning in 1977 with a strong base in service industry associating with TATA and ASIANET. We ventured into paint industry in 1984 under the brand name Industrial Paints and Allied Products supplying industrial specification paints to KRL, Balmer Lawree, Indian Transformers with Zinc chromate yellow primers, Red Lead paints, Redoxide Zinc rich primers, Industrial Enamels etc.. Manufacturing and selling cement based paints through retail hardwares, in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamilnadu was our next venture in the year 1990. Primers and Enamels rolled out in 1991. Continental Textures and Coatings was floated in 1998 and we launched the first natural stone finish coating in Kerala, Cerastone with Japanese technology, Rocktile plus was also introduced ie; the range of trowel, roller and spray finishes. Jk group has come up with synthetic marble in the name of Cerastone claddings, a revolutionary product for wall claddings and Cerastone floorings which is a unique joint free floorings. Cerastone mouldings – an uncomparable product, is a humble contribution from our group to the construction industry. Synthetic marble which is joint free, heat resistant, and chemical resistant. Staircase hand rails and supporting crazies are our best supporter to the export market too. Thermo shield plus, launched in 2008 is grabbing the best market share in protecting roof slabs from heat and algae. |
